| Smartworks Meeting Manager
INTRODUCTION Smartworks Meeting Manager is an all-in-one solution for small and large businesses alike that hold frequent meetings. INSTALLATION Installation was flawless, you have the option to install just the server, client, or both. On our main machine we installed both, and on a secondary machine, we installed just the client. The entire process couldn't have been easier. CONFIGURATION There is a lot of configuration involved with Smartworks Meeting Manager, after installation is complete you will need to first configure the server, you can do this simply by right clicking on the server icon in your system tray. Here you can specify the Path to the software, the port number you would like the server to use, and a few basic mail, security, and space saving options. Now when you have your server configuration completed, you can start up the client. This will require logging in, intitially you will need use the predefined administation login. Once you're in through that you can setup all the users and what their primary function is going to be as part of the system. Once your user setup is complete you can start taking full advantage of the available features. We'll talk about them in the functionality section. INTERFACE We're really quite impressed with the way this product looks and feels. Being as unique as it is and all, it really couldn't be layed out more perfectly.. Once you login you are instantly presented with three screens.
Overall the interface is very easy to understand and fun to use. FUNCTIONALITY Smartworks Meeting Manager has more than enough functions available to keep it's status as the best meeting manager out there. A few of the best functions are as follows:
