The compression software can bring down the bandwidth demands for the video to as low as 15k/second. While this is still too much for the standard 56k modem, it not excessive for the majority of wireless connections available, so connecting from a hotspot is very plausible. The rest of the chat programs will eventually get to this point, but iSpQ is able to offer this level of functionality now.
